We often refer to the modules in the Organization Management cluster as the foundation of the entire integrated human resource management system, because the modules in this cluster are a system that bridges the company's vision, mission and strategy to the human resource management processes and procedures in a company. Organizational structure, for example, is essentially a grouping of functions and roles of positions to carry out business processes in accordance with the Company's strategy ('structure follows strategy').

Other modules in this cluster are organizational capability tools which are a manifestation of Strategy → Business Process → Organizational Structure, which is a reference in the design and implementation of various human resource management systems in organizations.

All modules in the Organization Management cluster are basic human resource system tools that ensure integration between the Cluster and all other modules
